A Volume Provider of Consultative Examinations
C.E. Provider Services presently performs exams for Social Security and State disability in 9 states and over 45 sites and are continuing to grow. We are also available for insurance physicals, Department of Transportation physicals and other types of exams. Most of our exams take place on Saturdays.
