C.E. Provider Services presently performs exams for Social Security and State disability in 9 states and over 45 sites. We have been in business since 2005 and perform thousands of physicals a year. We currently perform physicals throughout the states of Texas, Virginia, Ohio, Arkansas, New Mexico, Mississippi, Wisconsin, North Carolina and Maryland.
